Garbage Time Reality Check

What the scoreboard says a game was, versus what it actually looked like before either team let off the gas. This is an informational second lens built alongside CFB Pirate's live model — it doesn't change any ranking or projection elsewhere on the site. Real play-by-play is required, so this only ever has data for FBS and FCS — D2/D3 will show empty tables below until that changes.

BIGGEST GARBAGE-TIME SWINGS

FBS/FCS games only (real play-by-play required). The “real” margin is the score at the last moment the game was still genuinely competitive by CFB Pirate's own four-rule garbage-time definition (21+ points inside 10:00, 14+ inside 5:00, 9+ inside 2:00, or 35+ any time after halftime).
